The kids play games, learn the basics for self defense and bully techniques. They then venture out for an after noon outing depending on the weather. Ie Bowling, skating, soccer in the park, laser tag, or water guns in the park. Go to our camps page for more info.
Roll is hosting an art show for the wonderful David T. Cho. All his paintings are for sale and Brazilian style bbq will be running at the same time. $15 at the door per plate. We look forward to seeing you all there. This artist is amazing and deserves attention.
We are hosting are annual Anti bully course two weekends back to back. The kids will learn all sorts of skills to help your child deal with the horrible situations thousands of kids face every day in British Columbia. Once given the toolset they have it forever. Thats the special thing about jiu jitsu, its with you for life.
We will be conducting an intensive 2hr lesson followed by a test on the techniques reviewed earlier. Some kids will receive their new belts while others will receive their next stripe depending on what stage they are at. We look forward to seeing you all there.

The first hour will be at John Braithewaite Community Centre and the second hour will be at Roll for pizza and games. We are trying to keep the ages from 6-10.
